Last month, OnePlatz, PurpleButton Productions and BRICKS launched an open call for Maximilian Raynor’s AW26 fashion photography competition – a project aimed to improve industry accessibility for emerging talent with an exhibition for six finalists, and the opportunity to shoot Raynor’s new collection in an exclusive print editorial for BRICKS for the winner. “As someone who arrived in London with no contacts and no access to the industry, I really had to pave my own path towards building a brand,” the designer told BRICKS. “Once you’re in, you’re in, but you need that first opportunity, which is often the hardest.”

So, closing out our ‘I Support You’ covers, it only felt right to spotlight winner Shenell Wellington’s joyful interpretation of Raynor’s AW26 offering, Post Me Your Last Kiss. Plus, we go behind the scenes of the competition, meeting the photographer and speaking to the designer and production team – Tillman Ray and Felix Allen – about why representation for young creatives is more important than ever before.

If you are based in the EU or elsewhere internationally, copies will be available to order through our international stockist Antenne Books from late April, once the issue arrives back from the printers.
